David's career has spanned many of today's traditional boundaries. He has served in positions of sales, project management, business automation, engineer, technician, and as the vice president of a fortune 500 company. Most recently, Mr. Shaul has served in the following capacities:

David ShaulWhile working as a Business Systems Project Manager for Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, David conceived the idea of collecting claims data from multiple insurance companies and using this data to identify fraudulent activity. Working closely with the Special Investigation Unit Anti-Fraud Coalition and several fraud analyst, David was able to futher define this idea into a workable project. David was able to convince insurance companies across the nation to participate in the anti- fraud effort and become an active member of the Fraud Defense Network. He developed the software, integrated the hardware, and launched the All Claims Database. He continued to develop additional applications servicing financial institutions, investigators, prosecutors, FBI, and federal and state fraud bureaus to create the first ever all inclusive Fraud Defense Network.

As an early Internet pioneer, David developed the concept of vertical site application development. He applied this concept to the Fraud Defense Network whereby creating a broad range of web sites serving separate functions while at the same time, maintaining a central focus.

David eventually sold the Fraud Defense Network to Fortune 500 company, ChoicePoint Inc. and began his duties as the Vice President of eCommerce Marketing. Working closely with the Vice President of Business Acquisitions, David evaluated prospect companies in relation to their data content. He defined how that data would be used to enhance current ChoicePoint products. Once a new company was acquired, David managed the process to roll-out new products or existing product enhancements using the newly acquired data. This involved the data integration David Shaulto the central data center, programming the new products and enhancements, creating marketing materials, promoting the new products at trade shows and training ChoicePoint's national sales force.

Being an avid outdoorsman, and with a non-compete in place David moved into the Online Outdoor Recreation market. He applied his vertical concept to create David Shaulthe Fish Click Network. This network of over 300 fishing and outdoor related sites, allowed the growth of the eCommerce web sites to carry over 60,000 Fishing, Hunting, Marine and Camping Products.

David sold the outdoor business to BPS in 2011. With new management in place, the warehouse shipping in 24 hours, the call center operating, and customer service functioning at desired levels, David began to expand upon the vertical site application concept with his current project, the Next Click Network.

David utilized the expanded concept as a basis for the most powerful and effective Internet advertising method available today. The vertical site application concept, devised by David in the 90's, is now practically an David ShaulInternet standard for Internet Advertising Networks. The Next Click Internet Media Network consists of thousands of web sites and is now a fully self-sufficient operation.

What's next for David Shaul? Time will tell. With his varied background in Insurance Fraud, Identity Theft, Marketing, Project Management, Sales, Business Processes, Computers, and Customer Service, as well as Public Speaking, David is always on the lookout for new opportunities and challenges.
